Sesame Workshop CEO Leaves the ABCs for NPR

For over a decade Gary E. Knell has served as the CEO of Sesame Workshop, the parent company of Sesame Street. Other than Sesame Street, the Sesame Workshop has produced other educational programs for children than not only teaches preschool skills but other educational skills for older children. Knell will be dealing with a much older audience as he now will become the president of NPR (National Public Radio). Although it will be a different audience, NPR still is a medium to provide information to the public.
