Elmo and Smithsonian to Celebrate 40 Years of Sesame Street

There will be celebration of the 40 years of Sesame Street at George Washington University on Sunday November 15,2009. Smithsonian Associates will be celebrating Sesame Street with guests, a “meet and greet” and a sing-along. Several Sesame Street favorites are scheduled to be in attendance. Abby Cadabby, Elmo, Prairie Dawn, Zoe and their respective puppeteers will be there. There will also be a book signing of “Sesame Street: A Celebration of 40 Years of Life on the Street”.
