T.M.X. Elm Special Edition join Whoopi Goldberg for her birthday on “The View”

Tuesday was Whoopi Gooldberg’s birthday and one of those neat surprise that The View gave away was The T.M.X. Elmo Special Edition. This Elmo has special giggles and moves that he makes if you tickle and move him in a certain sequence.
